Let’s Go, Kiddo! was created on Maui by a mom who had a dream of showing her boys the world while simultaneously ensuring everyone kept their sanity on those extra long travel days. Even before becoming a mom though, this lady was brainstorming ideas! Born and raised in Napa Valley, CA and then moving to Long Beach, CA for college is what initially sparked the love of travel. With a background in Marketing and a minor in Entrepreneurship; the goal to blend travel, business and family had really been in the works for years prior to creating Let’s Go, Kiddo! It likely stemmed from a travel abroad business program in 2006, where the plan to travel as often as possible was born. After college and working in several Southern California school districts, an opportunity arose to move to Maui in 2012. Baby boy (who is on our homepage) joined us in 2013 and we got working on opening a small outdoor based  preschool. In 2015, we welcomed little brother and the real fun began. The preschool was operating well and our children had a special place to spend the majority of their days, money was saved and TRAVEL plans took over. After planning lots of budget friendly flights and several lengthy countryside train rides, which did not come equipped with entertainment screens, the lightbulb went on and the idea was formulated to build personalized activity kits for our kiddos to stay engaged and to keep busy on our adventures. We know all too well how a long day of travel with a little one can prove to be daunting, if not almost near impossible if we are not best prepared! We are confident that your kiddo will have a blast completing the fun educational activities that are uniquely chosen just for them.
